On Saturday, October 5th, I had the pleasure of attending Wordstock in Portland Oregon. The highlight of my day was meeting and getting books signed by three fabulous authors.

I have read The Peculiar and cannot wait to dive into The Whatnot. Stefan Bachmann is only nineteen years old, but his talent reaches beyond his years.

Claire Legrand and Emma Trevayne are new to me, but from listening to them read from their books, I am sure I am in for a treat.

    It's always so inspiring to hear published authors speak. I, too, had a grand time at Wordstock. Great post, Kriston!

      I'm trying to finish my current read so I can start The Whatnot. I read the beginning, so far so good.
